The Maintenance & Operations team works to prepare facilities for learning, providing optimal environments for our students and staff to learn and work.

Our team of custodians, grounds technicians, and facilities professionals strive to ensure that all fields and facilities are inspected, safe, secure, clean, and well maintained for our community. In total, we maintain nine school buildings, two staff office buildings, and 75 acres of land in the three communities of West Greeley, Severance, and Windsor.

Community Facility Rentals

District custodians tirelessly work to ensure that school events — athletics, concerts, etc. — are supported and our facilities maintained. Our buildings and custodial team serve more than just our community’s school-age children. We partner to share facilities with our local municipalities, as well as offer facility rentals to community organizations. In an average year, we log more than 10,000 hours of community use in our facilities, hosting nearly 90 different organizations. Learn More
